Does anyone play Rock Band with an arcade stick? Are the control layouts pretty simple? for drums ect. or can you customize the controls to the buttons you want

Which Rock Band is more popular on xbox 360(multiplayer wise)? Rock Band 1/2/3

The main Rock Band series only works with its own instrument controllers and Guitar Hero instruments, unless you want to pick a song on vocals. I hear Rock Band Blitz works well with arcade sticks, but that game is only single player.
