Recover Rock Band 3 Band?

I recently got a new xbox, and when i went to play rock band 3 all of my progress is not on my xbox, however on the leaderboards and site I still have my old band. Does anybody know how i can get alll of my progress back to my Xbox?

if you still have your old save game somewhere (on the old Hard Drive, USB or cloud storage) then you can. otherwise nope

That really stinks that I can't do it, since i don't have my old Xbox anymore.
