No dlc on wii europe last two weeks. what happens?

The dlc of the last two weeks hasn't been released on Wii Europe.

żDoes somebody knows what's going on or when we'll get it?

You'd have to talk to Nintendo Europe, it is in their hands. It took until Thursday for it to show up in the US this week. The shop was bugged on Tuesday as well, but when it came back it didn't have the current weeks' DLC.

Nintendo doesn't seem to care very much about online stuff in general. No chance in hell I'll buy a Wii U. I'm thinking of picking up an Xbox to see what Rock Band is really supposed to look like. Waste of money given that Rock Band is on a respirator but you can't take it with you...

Thats not any answer, we havent had the dlc of the last three weeks even if the announcements said we would, and no answer of whats going on or when we'll get it anyway.

But hey good job for linking to a post where the last answer from hmx is three weeks ago without saying nothing neither.

How about this more recent post from the same thread commenting on the 1/15 and 1/22 DLC? Or the post after that where a user confirms the 1/15 DLC is available?

Or how about this post, an update from the forum announcement a week ago? That identifies the delay in the 1/29 DLC and calls out the expected 3/12 release date.

That should only leave the 1/22 DLC unaccounted for, and as mentioned in the first post I linked to, we've reached out to Nintendo and can only update when we hear back from them. Content is often visible in the store before they report it to us, but when we are given advance notice we will try to call it out in the DLC announcement posts.

For future reference, this peer to peer support forum exists for just that: peer to peer support. If you're looking for official Harmonix comments you can 1) check the announcement forums for the most recent updates 2) run a search for my most recent posts and see if you can find related discussion or 3) hit up RockBand.com/support and review the FAQs or submit a ticket. This forum exists as a place for users to get support from other users, so please don't shoot down other users that try to be helpful by linking to relevant information.

Thanks for answering, first of all, i have posted this in the right thread and some moderator moved it here, so thats not my fault.

Yes, we got the dlc of the 1/15 and the two weeks before of that around the 22-25. Since then we havent get any, not the week of 1/22, not this week, and yes i knew about the aerosmith, that's the kind of note i would like to see in all the announcements, i'm not happy with the delay but at least i know when im going to get it.

So far this year we havent get any week on time, and its quite annoying to read the dates in the announcements here and on the wii messages ("go to store and get the new xxx dlc.." ) when its not there.

I already have read all those things you mention, a post written the 1/22 not saying nothing specific (nintendo hasnt really answered since then?) or a post saying we got the dlc of 1/15 (i can see that in the store) is not what i would call relevant information.

Like I mentioned before, we'll always update in the announcement post when we know that the plan has changed. When we get advance notice about unexpected release dates we'll make sure to change it in the OP (as we did in this thread), and when we are informed after the fact we'll follow up with an additional post outlining new release dates (as we did with the Green Day announcement and the Aerosmith announcement) below the initial announcement. When there are ongoing delays we'll try to repeat those in the announcements (as we did with My Chemical Romance and the weeks following holiday) when we get regular updates.

It's safe to assume that if we haven't posted an update, we haven't been given any additional information. I would hope that the links above demonstrate that we're fairly consistent about tracking delays when we're made aware of them, and will call out expected release dates when we're able to. We can only call out the info that we're aware of and with certain first parties (especially in certain regions) it's not at all uncommon to go weeks without an update, or to see the content fixed before we hear back from them.

We submit content up to a month in advance of release so we don't control when the DLC is actually pushed live. We'll always try to follow up with whatever information we have, but in the event that we're not able to post more frequent updates it's safe to assume that the status is the same as our most recent update.

They may not show up as "new releases" because the content ID should be identical to the tracks from Blitz. I'll double check with the DLC team.

This was the last thing posted by HMXHenry about it in the discussion thread for the blitz singles last week.

To me this is something that should be addressed by hmx and to me this isn't really A "status".

I'm in the U.S. so these problems aren't effecting me directly except that I have A lot of friends overseas who I can't play any of the blitz releases with, post rick springfield week.

And I made two more posts about it afterward one of which was stating that the players don't have the right resources to try to find out information about what is going on with the nintendo end of things and that's where I think HMX should be held more accountable.

I understand there is only so much that can be done from A HMX standpoint but enough is enough.

Europe Wii players have been waiting three weeks now for new DLC and I can understand why most of them feel they are being ignored by HMX on this issue as I have not really seen any response stating A particular "status" of where nintendo is at with making these available in europe.

Hoping this will be addressed and fixed soon!!!
