Big problem

Hello,
I boughr RB3 and pro drum set only because of songs which can be downloaded. Im from europe so I have EU version of game. I was terrified when I found out that I cant download any song because of stupid laws and so on... I cheated and created new account - US, bought some RB3 songs in PS store and nothing. My game says everytime "loading new song" (or something like that) but I still have same 83 songs as before. What should I do? Im in a** only because I live anywhere else? I cant enjoy this game? I flushed about 400d into a toiled? Iv already ordered RB from US and will try if it will work there. Thanks for your advices.

DLC for the PS3 is region locked. You will need a US copy of the game to play US DLC.

That depends. What region is your PSN ID linked to (North America or Europe)? Whatever region that is, you should buy the RB3 disc that matches that region. Otherwise any songs you buy from the store will not work if the disc region does not match the region where the DLC was purchased from (for PS3 and Wii).
