I predict that all employees at HMX have been sent home for the weekend already due to the potentially historic blizzard now impacting the area. Therefore, whatever is announced may likely not have a great amount of HMX posting on the forums unless they log in from home for their own sadomasochistic delight.

I dont mind too much what it is cause we all have been let down in recent weeks...however I keep itching for Edge of a Broken Heart by Vixen, always been one if my favs

Ehhhh, they're about the same. Or rather, the only Led Zep song I really want is Stairway (and not because I like it, but just so we can say we got it). I can think of a couple of FOB songs I want.

Sometimes I think you say things just to get a reaction. Sometimes I think you're clueless. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Whatever the case may be, you got a reaction out of me so I guess you're winning.

And just FWIW, nobody deserves a pack more than Zeppelin. Some deserve a pack just as much (Pink Floyd, U2, Van Halen, Stones, etc..), but not more. Learn your rock history please.

He said that he doesn't think they're as good as people say they are, calm down. It's an opinion. One which I agree with. Knowing rock history has nothing to do with anything, and you just come off as incredibly pretentious when you say that.

I agree with this, but to say Led Zeppelin is not at least tied for the most deserving of a pack, regardless of your musical taste, is just dumb. It's ROCK Band for crying out loud. It's almost like saying Andrew WK is more relevant than Aerosmith. Oh wait....

I thought we outgrew the Rock Band argument as a community years ago. It's such an asinine argument. And like I said before, Andrew WK and Aerosmith are about tied for almost relevant in these parts. Personally, I believe Muse deserves a pack the most out of every band (barely beating out Paramore 02), but I won't burst into flames if someone disagrees with me/

Foster the People's not overrated as a whole...Pumped Up Kicks; sure, that's overrated, but the rest of their songs are great and largely outshined by that one song, when there's clearly other great songs on the album.

Fortunately for the Zep Haters, there is zero chance we'll ever get them in Rock Band. Time to celebrate!

There's no blizzard in Boston yet, but the HMX staff would be wise to leave work early. Or work from home, that's cool by me too, as long as we get our 10am announcement.

I PREDICT: we get 5 singles, from 5 different artists, and at most one of them is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Up to 2 songs have "Love" in the title. No songs older than 1972. I also predict that 22% of the Facebook posts and 15% of the posts here are from people totally shocked that the songs announced are not as epic as the Aerosmith Pack ("what happened? I thought all DLC from now on was going to be from top-tier bands only?"). These people are, as always, to be pitied and ignored, because no one can fix the internet.
