    Jeff Buckley DLC

I didn't find any dedicated thread of this anywhere, so:

I would love to see some Jeff Buckley as Rock Band DLC. A lot of people aren't familiar with this man, but his music is amazing. He released only one album in 1994, and was working on a second when he drowned in the Mississippi River in 1997.

He was a strong songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist, and I think his music would be a great addition to Rock Band mostly for the vocals. His music is mostly alternative rock. I'd like to see a 3-pack of songs.

Unfortunately, SonyBMG has disabled embedding the official videos, so the videos are a little weird and amateur (except for Grace, which somebody outside of SonyBMG was kind enough to upload), but as long as you just pay attention to the music you'll be fine.

Buckley would be amazing for the game, no doubt about that. Hopefully the family would be willing to let Harmonix use the songs.

I could actually see Grace happening some day as full album DLC. It could be our first discography (for sad reasons).
2/1/11 - London Calling Day - The Greatest Day in Rock Band History. Thank You Harmonix!

Only problem would be stuff like "Hallelujah" and "Lilac Wine" having no drums. Still, his two albums would be AMAZING for the vocalists/guitarists out there.

Two albums? I am only familiar with Grace.

He had a post-mortem album of sorts called "Sketches For My Sweetheart the Drunk", which was supposed to be his second album, but he died somewhere in the middle of the sessions. Still, it generally counts as his second album.

I too would love to see Grace as a full album DLC. It's my favourite album of all time, although I acknowledge that not all the songs would work that well.

Lilac Wine has drums, but not bass (I think)
Corpus Christi Carol is vocals only
Hallelujah doesn't have drums (and I'm not sure it has bass either)

However, Last Goodbye, Grace, So Real, Dream Brother, Lover You Should Have Come Over - these would all work really well. And the road version of Eternal Life would really rock too.

The entiredy of Grace would be amazing. Vocalists can have their revenge for "YYZ".

I don't think the drummers would mind stopping to enjoy the amazing music.

Well, looks like Song BMG strikes again and removed two of the videos.
    Built to Spill DLC, please!
