Guitar Issue

Hey quick question. For some reason one of my guitars has stopped being recognized by my PS3. The Dongle light is still flashing and the light on the guitar is still flashing, but it won’t “lock on”. Batteries are fresh. Is there a simple thing I’m missing or is it toast?

could be a dongle issue instead of a guitar issue, try figuring that out before replacing either
