    b-52s cool
would like to have rock lobster but roam is good
maybe rock lobster will be later hint hint one can hope
although i was hoping for some other stuff this is a new and
good change of variety I cant see why people always complain
when they are putting out stuff regularly and keep it changing
though its not what everyone wants music has a broad range
and if you cant except that then you really are just being narrow
minded. Keep up the great work Harmonix.

Woah! Thanks for the B-52s, HMX. This give me hope for seeing some more New Wave/Post-punk DLC in the future.

    Metal doesnt hurt nobody!

iam sure there is alot more metal fans on rockband then people first perceive. I can almost guarentee that the Metallica Pack was one of the most popular downloaded packs or songs for that matter. I would honestly think Harmonix would have an easy time getting the smaller non mainstream metal bands to allow rights for their music to be played on rockband rather then most others. And i have no problem waiting for it to come but.... please please bring it eventually lol. At the gates was a start.

    Booooooo!

I don't mind a B-52's song all that much... but there were definitely better choices than "Roam"...

    Faith No More? Zzzzzz...

And there are SO MANY better Kiss songs... COME ON!

I know, you can't please everyone... but the least you can do is TRY to please a majority...

Honestly, I'd be happy to go a couple weeks without any DLC if it meant the time & money was being invested in getting some REALLY GOOD stuff... ie. Zeppelin, Van Halen, AC/DC, Pearl Jam... if it's a rights issue, I'm sure I'm not the only one that would be willing to wait the extra time with no DLC at all to get some really incredible stuff...

Loving "Roam" an instant Download for sure.

The Faith No More may get a download, since it does sound kind of fun on vocals.

The KISS won't be downloaded by me personally, but still, I like seeing a lot of variety in this weeks downloads. Seeing the March downloads greatly disappointed me, and seeing variety like this in this week's perks up my spirits quite a bit.

    Thanks, Harmonix

    Variety

I'm not a big fan of the FNM or KISS choices this week, but Roam is a pretty cool song. I only wish it were being accompanied by Rock Lobster and Love Shack so I could sing more of the guy parts. I think that would be fun.

I appreciate that HMX is trying to put out such variety. I would have never expected songs like Roam, Last Train to Clarksville, or All the Small Things. We definitely would've never seen them on a GH game.

Thanks for all the DLC. Can I only ask for some more character types/clothing downloads?

Glad to see that Harmonix is keeping their word by releasing songs on Xbox Live weekly. I'm gonna pass on these songs for this week; each to their own.

Here's the thing Harmonix doesn't seem to understand. Kids play video games, period. I'm 27, I'm not a kid. I bought this game for my little brother and saw how fun it was so now I probably play it more than him. But the majority of the Guitar Hero fans/players and now the ones who play Rock Band are younger. I would guess the average age is 14-17 years old.

With that said, there are waaaaaaaaaayyyy too many old songs. If you are going to keep doing the updates, then you need to put out AT LEAST 1 current day song every week. It just makes sense.

Also, if you've sold 2.5 millions songs of DLC already, why the hell aren't you dropping like 10-15 songs a week. You would make $100 million dollars by the end of 2008 EASILY. You make them, we will buy them, the end. This 3 a week thing is stupid; especially when you have a week like this one where I WANT to spend money on new songs but there isn't anything good that's coming out.

Don't you want my money? Sometimes it seems like you don't....just my two cents, carry on everyone!
