With the numerous "Ultimate Setlist" requests and discussions about Queen, I thought it would be nice to have a place that us Queen fans can go to talk about our favorite band!

This is not a place of "why Queen is better than [insert band name here]" and vice versa. But a place to talk about your favorite album, song, or Queen experience... So lets keep the bashing out of this thread... Thanks.

Anyone listen to the new single "Say it's not True" yet? I think Paul Rodgers does an excellent job and compliments Queen today. He's no Freddie, nor will he ever replace him, but I am very happy to see that Queen is still active today.

Hopefully we'll see them back in America after their upcoming tentative Fall European Tour... I saw them last time they were here, and it was just phenomenal!

It's going to be hard to keep the bashers out, but oh well. I really want to see them in Rock Band. I was talking to my cousin the other day and even he was in shock to see that Queen had been left out of the game.

Best album IMO is Sheer Heart Attack i love it! best songs are Brighton Rock, Killer Queen, Now I'm Here, Stone Cold Crazy and Bring Back that Leroy Brown

My favorite has always been Queen II. Some Day one Day, Ogre Battle, March of the Black Queen... And the story this albums tells is what really puts it over the top for me.

my favorite song has always been Father to son, one of thier most intricate songs.

Also is it just me or are any other Queen fans out here think their big hits (WWRY, ABTD and WRTC) dont truly match up to their true pieces of art

I've been really into Jazz lately, particularly the closer, More of That Jazz.

I love all of the albums though. Flash Gordon is obviously their weakest, but for example I am in love with Hot Space. First listen, I thought, this is tacky and a bit lame. But, then every track got stuck in my head for days. And, I couldn't help but enjoy it.

A Night At the Opera will always be my favorite album. There is not a bad song on that entire album. I've never heard another album that didn't have that one filler song, but all the songs on A Night at the Opera are masterpieces in their own right.

And ya, their major radio hits are different from the stuff that they usually put out, but they're all good-yo.

This thread is a great idea....and like others mentioned, so many people know Queen by there biggest hits and radio play...Sure everyone know the huge hits...

But, maybe this thread will steer some to give Queen a listen for their not so BIG hits. 2 of my favorites that don't get radio play are "Who Wants To Live Forever" and "The Show Must Go On"

My favorite is Innuendo, I love everything about that song, The show must go on is my second favorite. I would love pretty much any song by them in rock band.
