Yeah, John, I regret I didn't get to play with you, but I did get to play with Joe! It was a great night, even when I got hooked up with non-HMX peeps.

As for missing pizza and beer - yes it hurt... I love free food and drink.
We all missed you, Sean. Each and every one of us.

But hey, if you were out spreading the word of Rock Band to famous people who otherwise would never know about it, then more power to you! Did you hear any artists say "Wow, I'd love to have some of my songs in here!" after playing?

I remember reading that "Inside Rock Band’s Sonic Secrets" article quite a while ago on the site. Is there any particular reason it's being reposted for 2/14/08? I didn't notice anything in it that's been updated.

I don't believe there is anything new. Maybe a word or two were edited and that made it change to a new date? Don't know. But I had never linked to it and figured today was the day.

Was Harmonix able to meet up with Tom Araya after winning the Grammy and possibly sign Slayer up for future DLC? It'd be the greatest thing in the world.
I may have helped bring Rust in Peace to Rock Band.

Haha, whenever I think of "Daft Punk" and "costume" together, this is all that comes to mind anymore:

Jemaine: Well, it doesn't look like Daft Punk. We wanted ones like Daft Punk.
Murray: Well I don't know who he is. They're just robots from the future, alright?

Saw the video of Taylor Hawkins, that was cool. Who were the lucky guys who got to play with him?

Also, when can we expect to see more Foo Fighters songs in this game?

    Hey Sean,

I am pretty sure I saw you in an interview on Xbox Live. They had something like "The makers of Rock Band at the Grammy's". It showed the drummer from Foo Fighters playing as well as the Hanna Montana girl. It was really funny to watch and say....hey, I think I recognize that HMX guy.

It was on that little thing above your friends list that looks like a newspaper.
