Preferably (If I had to choose three):

Juicebox, Vision of Division, and 12:51. Come to think of it, Red Light would be fun too..so would Ize of This World, What Ever Happened?, You Only Live Once, etc. Damn, I guess this list can go on forever!

I would pretty much pay for any Strokes song off the first two albums no matter what songs, and for every song on FIOE apart from Killing Lies.

The Strokes - Is This It.

That would make the perfect DLC album. Critically acclaimed, platinum in the UK and US and a pretty influential album which helped develop the US and UK indie scene for many bands as it is now.
