I wonder if there's any chance of one of these 6 albums coming out to be a Maiden album.

The chance is about 13.7%. But it likely will be the last album release of the six.

    More like zero.

Piece of Mind, anyone? I'd buy in an instant!

"Quest for Fire", "Thin Line Between Love and Hate", half of Virtual XI and Fear of the Dark (so we're actually up to 14 songs), "Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter". So that's 15. Which isn't too bad considering they have 14 albums.

Boo. "Quest for Fire" may be bad relative to other Maiden songs (yes, I normally skip it), but it's not bad. I, personally, think "The Thin Line Between Love and Hate" is one of the best songs from Brave New World, and the two albums you mentioned are amazing, in my opinion.

I'll give you "Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter", though. There's no real big secret why it became a chart topper.

It all comes down personal preference in the end, however. That's one song in their whole catalog I don't like, for you, it's 15.

Yeah, I suppose. "Quest for Fire" just baffles me, though. There is so much suck packed into that song... It's just SOOO BAADD.

I personally like quest for fire, the only songs I skip are number of the beast and RTTH just because I've heard them sooooo much. Can I Play with Madness? is somewhat cheesy if you ask me I would consider it the only song thats not good on their first 7 albums.

If I could pick I would say Killers, Powerslave, or Piece of Mind for a full album but the only ones I wouldn't buy would be Virtual XI, The X Factor, and A Matter of Life and Death.

Good album but the songs drag on a bit in my opinion I wouldn't really want to play it in rockband.

Would you like to change it to "Quest for Maiden"? We could change the lyrics and sing it for HMX.

Really? I think that it's one of their best albums since it has very long ones. I naturally love long songs (as long as they aren't free form jazz odysseys), especially Maiden's. They have a knack for epicness. My favorite from that album is "The Legacy". Oh, it's so awesome!! Janick really shines in it and it puts all of his haters to rest.
