ban? :P hmm.
Agreed. But i've seen 515 (in fact I've seen over 600) in a month... and a lot of what that person wrote was pretty spamtastic or pointless..
But yh, it just creates an unfair divide between n00bs and vets on the forum. If it wasn't bad enough us screaming READ THE DAMN NOOB GUIDE over over and over again :P we're gonna set up a system where their forum is full of flamers and we a good forum.
Sean has more sense than that. Me thinks he let it in to see if he could get something good out of it. But, since he can't, he won't get rid of it so it'll just sit here, fuelling this thread :P
Oh shut the hell up. It isn't my life's ambition to be the most popular or most liked member in an obscure internet forum.
And just point things out, I don't spam. I just post alot. Yeah, call me a postwhore, whatever. If Sean deleted all my posts I wouldn't bat an eyelash.
Well, you have been a postwhore a few times *COUGH DEUCEBAG /COUGH* but you weren't the person I was referring to.
But I agree with Saltines. The idea of this is unfair when it is UNNECCESARILY unfair. Life is unfair because some win some lose (in today's suckish society). In a bloody forum, building an unneccessary hierachy - its how so many forums fall down - just shouldn't happen.
Its a nice forum as it is. "If it ain't broke don't fix it". All I (and I'm sure many others) want to do is rave on RB and casually chat, maybe talk with our band when its out. Creating it is pointless, and requires more management on the forums, and Sean is almost doing single-handedly, and doing a decent job - I bet he doesn't want to maintain this points thing.
i'm doing ok. sharebee is down so i can't d/l alice in chain's dirt album since i was moron and deleted half of the tracks by accident. jamming to some weather report at the moment, and paid off whatever i owed to college. also idk i might turn off the comp and continue reading survivor by chuck palahniuk
