No, Depeche Mode doesn't belong in Rock Band
I would download one or two of them

I would like to see Strangelove, Policy of Truth, or It's No Good in place of just Can't Get Enough.
Most Wanted DLC: Weird Al, Type O Negative, Helloween
Thanks for: Opeth, Joy Division, Pantera, Procol Harum, Rammstein, Stan Bush(RBN)!!
No Suicidal Blonde ?
Please Vote for Muse
I'm not really familiar with Depeche Mode myself, but the other day I was sorting through a few dozen random fanvids I'd downloaded some months back, trying in a short time to sort them into songs I'd grown to like and ones I didn't care for or would have to grow into. And after a bit of sorting, I realized that the "songs I like now" folder had gotten the same band name like three or four times: Depeche Mode.
This is just like how I got introduced to Ska through randomly downloaded fanvids. So now I want to give Depeche Mode a try, and I can't wait to see some of their songs on Rock Band.
Honestly, I do not own Rock Band, and have always been a GH fan. I plan on getting GH World Tour, but if Rock Band released Depeche Mode as downloadable content, I would go out to the stores and INSTANTLY buy it. No questions asked. If they did a 3 pack, heres my vote:
Personal Jesus: Cool drums, Synth could be put on bass
I Feel You: Two words: GUITAR RIFF!
A Question of Time: Only if it was the rockin live version from 06', sorta how like GH is doin with Jimi Hendrix.
Depeche Mode in Rock Band can definitely happen~

Lionel Richie - "Running with the Night"
Camel - "Lady Fantasy"
Type O Negative, Bad Brains, Madonna
More:
Dire Straits, Interpol, The Strokes
They really need to make a Depeche Mode 3 Pack...I've changed my votes for songs a little bit.
Personal Jesus(Drums,Guitar,Vocals, and Synth Bass are all awesome)
Useless(Cool Guitar+ Drum parts, and an amazing bass line)
Something from the new album thats coming out?
