I can't come up with any more apart from what you've listed. Is there a band called Africa? Lol just taking guesses here.
I've got a couple
Most inadvertantly funny band ever , London. Back in the 80's these guys were a permanent fixture on the LA strip. One of those local bands that would always draw some people there songs werent bad but you knew they were never going to go anywhere. The running joke in the band for years was if you joined them and then quit to join or form another band youwere destined for stardom. Former members include Nikki Sixx (Motley Crue), Slash and Izzy Stradlin tho not at the same time (Guns n' Roses), Bobby Marks and Brian West (Keel), and Fred Coury (Cinderella). Top all that off with the fact that these guys wernt the sharpest tools in the shed and you've got comedy gold! If you've ever seen The Decline of Western Civilization Part 2 The Metal Years you know what I'm talking about.

Towers of London - newer band with it's roots in late 70's glam and punk

London Quireboys - Definitely Rod Stewart anf The Faces influences with these boys. I still crank their album A Bit of What You Fance from time to time.
