I recently discovered a new place called Nocturna Lounge, located at Waterfront Plaza (Restaurant row). It's 21+, but on Tuesday nights one of their rooms (which has a Rock Band setup) is free to the general public. But if Rock Band isn't your thing, there's Karaoke, Street fighter, Call of Duty, and Dance Central (along with other games) to keep you entertained.
