man im lucky my whammy just completely stopped springing up and down
the EL's I got like a month ago drop red notes constantly I really don't want to have to send in a 3rd set but this is insane
this is bull my guitar had problems with the strum bar and i didnt know there was i warranty until after the 60 days if i had known u were making exception i would of sent mine in a long time ago
so hang on does this cover the UK as well as my yellow drum pad has cracked and i need it fixed before it gets worse
Electrical equipment in the UK comes with a one year warranty by law, so either returning it to the place you bought it from, or contacting the manufacturer will get you a repair or replacement.
The overdrive activation on my guitar doesn't work at all. Are those issues fixed yet? I'm waiting to send mine in, because that's the only thing that doesn't work right. I want to make sure they have those issues sorted out before I RMA it.
Are they losing a lot of money constantly replacing these crappy instruments? I would say no because they aren't doing anything to make them any better. It's been 9 months since the release and I'm on my 3rd guitar (which is starting to go pretty quick), my 5th drum pedal, and recently my blue drum pad stopped working. Which makes no sense to me as if you look at the scuff marks on your drumset I'm betting you'll find plenty on the other 3 colors and hardly any to none on the blue one. This is just unacceptable.
They've made a lot of small changes to their instruments.
For one, the new EL's have thicker pads which help with the sound and they drop notes much less.
Just received my new drumset yesterday. I traded in a busted QM for...Another QM, only these ones are a bit different. They look like refurbs, but they seem to be picking up notes better on the red pad, but dropping on the green.
Oh well
<@APPLES> if you guys don't behave we're TURNING THIS PATCH AROUND RIGHT NOW
ok, so I just broke my pedal about a month ago and it was beyond the 60 day warranty. So now i can ship my pedal away and get a replacement? And on the warrasnty site, it has no option for a "Broken" pedal, I don't want them just msending me a spring for my pedal i need a whole new one.
