Update on Warranty 6/26/08

im sorry whoever wrote this is a jerk, having confindence in these perfierials, is like having convidence in jumping off a cliff being a good idea, and the most returns being because of mistreatment ive had my foot pedal break 5 or 6 times, i dont wear shoes when playing or anything, i guess stepping on it counts as abuse seriously the fact there is a problem with the perferifials is inexcusable, espeically with $180 video game, but acting like it isnt there is disgusting

ive also had 2 guitars break (a ps2 and an xbox 360 one) i still havent gotten either of those replaced the first one took months for the box to get to me, and i plan on soon sending it back, several of the foot pedals that have broken have taken a long time to get to me, one didnt have a return shipping labal so i couldnt ship the broken one back, so like 3 days later (not an exageration) when the new one broke, i couldnt get that replaced because i hadnt returned the old one, so i had to go on the site send them a message wait a day get a number to call deal and then they sent an empty box with a return shipping lable so i could ship the old one back, forturnately they were so kind enough to not make me have to return the new broken one so now i have an extra broken pedal
also ive never had any of the drums regiture drum rolls, and the drums do occasionally mess up even during slow parts making it almost impossiable to fc anything on drums, on the 360 my green drum is completely broken (havent but will get that replaced) in fact if i hit the green drum hard enough it will regiture a blue drum hit instead.

I have had my instruments since Rock Band came out in the UK, no problems as of yet , i think they should sell a seperate kick pedal for the drums so you can have double bass.

There is a clear warning on the EA Support site that every time you update your RMA request, it causes the process to reset and delays shipping.

I have had very, very good experiences with RMA Express returns.

Well, I was waiting for two weeks for the drums. The purpose of express was to get your stuff fast. They simply never shipped it out.

When I exchanged my guitar, it was in UPS quick and at my door in no time. With my drums, there was nothing to reset by asking for a status because nothing had been done! The UPS tracking number was there, the package was never shipped.

My RB1 drum's red pad finally crapped out on me, so I wanted to RMA it before October. Guess that's not happening today.

I'd just like to say that I got my copy of rock Band in mid January, and my peripherals are still fine. the only problem I've had is that my friend put his heel on the middle of the kick pedal, and was constantly bending it. needless to say, it took a LOT to make my foot pedal break, and I just fixed it myself. these new foot pedals won't break, what with them having metal in them.

Exactly the same thing here. That, plus my mic just started crackling - yeah, the day Rock Band 2 comes out.

I'm having the same problem, my guitar's been broken for ages and with rockband 2 out I want to get it fixed, but like the other guys, the page wont load. Guess I'll check tomorrow
