    Big Rock Endings...

I've never been fond of these, and I sure hope we don't see any in RB 2. It's mostly because of the leaderboards. People that actually use the Strat easily have an advantage over people using other guitars (higher neck buttons), which makes it easier for them to get point, thus getting higher on the leaderboards.

And I'm not obsessed with my scores, it's just not fair. Simple as that.

It won't kill me if they keep Big Rock Endings in, but I will surely disappointed...anyone else?

I already know about squeezing. I'm still not exactly sure what it is (just a rough idea), but I know that all the top people on the leaderboards do it.

Also, the BREs seem really...gimmicky. You know, they advertised it saying you can play whatever you want, when really you don't unless you're on the drums (well, vocals too).

i enjoy BRE's quite a bit because they're fun and because i could care less about leader board standings. i play drums and would personally rather make my BRE's sound good than wail as fast as possible to score more points.

I think BREs are kind of stupid...

I could do without them. One thing I noticed about them after having to listen to them while singing on solo was that 99.999999% of the time whatever the actual band did on the master sounds better than anything I'm ever gonna do. In light of that I'd rather just not deal with them.

I love BREs I prefer them to songs just fading out. And they're awesome

does this not apply for the actual song as well? we're not trying to top the original recording here, dudes... we're just trying to have fun and BRE's are fun to a lot of us.

the whole point of BRE's are for songs that normally just fade out and to give songs like this more of a feel of being performed live. and if you feel that there is a disadvantage, why don't you just use the strat.

Yep, I'd rather have them just chart what the band actually did.

Just realized the post above this. Why don't I use the strat...hm...maybe the same reasons why most others don't.
