Rock Band: Japan

According to this IGN article, Harmonix and Q Entertainment are teaming up to develop a localized version of Rock Band for sale in Japan. I'm wondering if US and European Rock Band players will be getting the Japanese tracks as DLC, in the same manner that US Rock Band players got to download the European tracks.

Which means that they haven't told us anything, although RB: Japan was announced a long while ago.

I didn't really make the post to tell people about it; I made it so I could ask that question and speculate.
