Gotta go with Moon the Loon.
Despite all my rage, I'm still just Nicolas Cage

Moon, while sloppy had energy. So he's a good match for Bonam. But Peart has and always will be more well-practiced and structured than those two. So it's a no duh answer here.

Peart is rather lifeless when he plays though. Even during the less rhythmically complicated parts.

I wouldn't call the percussion sections on songs like One Little Victory, lifeless. Unless you mean showmanship on live concerts... well, that doesn't matter a whole lot in a debate about skill.

    Moon > Peart > Bonham.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

Moon for me, theres something about his playing that fascinates me.
Regarding Bonham, I've always liked Ian Paice's playing more and IMO 'The Mule>>>Moby ****'

On the contrary, I find it does. Live performances are where a band shows their true colors, I saw Rush live and while Peart is incredibly solid, he's lifeless and doesn't really feel the parts.
