I finally boosted Comeback Kid(which only about 25% of RB2 players seem to have for some reason) and The Bachman-Turner Award.

I also finally made the decision to take my podcast from weekly to as-news-happens so I don't lag behind the news cycle so badly on stuff like I did this week.

That's Band Savior. You can solo-boost that if you've got enough instruments. I did. Play Hello There with a phantom drummer and bassist on Easy then play Guitar on Medium. I was even able to complete the song.

Comeback Kid is beating the last online player to beat you. That just took a friend helping me out.

It's only special to me because the first itme I played it I thought the hi-hats and kicks were ridiculously fast for a zero-tier song.

Obviously, not feeling like it's so tough anymore.

Gold starred Kids in America on drums, one I never thought I'd get.

Also came very close to a GS of No Regrets. I'll probably get it sometime, maybe even an FC.

I was able to get both Victory! and Comeback Kid the first (and only) time I did score duels with randoms. I've occasionally done them with friends since, but not often. I got Band Savior on one of the most unlikely songs - "We Got the Beat." I was on Expert Bass and easily FC'd it, but the randoms on Hard Drums and Medium Guitar were having a dickens of a time getting through. First the guitarist went down, then the drummer, then the guitarist again. Actually, before the guitarist failed the first time, I activated my OD right as he was nearing the bottom of the crowd meter, but not yet at it. Didn't have it right when they failed out the first two times and while I could have kept the guitarist from failing a second time, by that point I was thinking about the trophy and let him fail Incredibly, the drummer failed again right as the song was ending, and I didn't have any OD stored up. Luckily, we were close enough to the end of the song that we still completed it. The drummer was the leader of that session and, unsurprisingly, bailed right after this song.

My "victory" this week is probably the four new FC's I put down. Nothing at all impressive -- "Polly," "Something in the Way," "Oceans," and "Any Way You Want It" -- but I usually don't get four new FC's in such close succession.

Finally beat Holy Wars Punishment Due on expert bass. That leaves Hangar 18 that has too many zig zags and Polaris which is just wicked for the RiP album.
