Took a long pro drum hiatus thanks to my green double hitting. Thanks to Madcatz for sending me a free replacement pack. So after a few months off it's like riding a bike. Finally 5 starred Touch Me, #1 What I've Done with like 50 other people, GS on Somewhere I Belong, and SRGS on 3 of the STP songs that I never got to play on drums. I forgot which because My Gameplay is only showing my Trippin... score which was only 5*. Also tried the expert drum fill as I never really bothered with drum training since that was my main instrument from RB2. Successfully knocked it out, most of it SR. But I tried Toms of Death or whatever it's called in the expert drum beats cateogry and that will suck.

Turned in a few ugly performances on Pro Guitar. I would have posted these in the fail thread, but it was a win in the end because they were for the "Expert Impossible Pro Guitar" goal.

Roundabout's chorus was easy (and fun) enough to get me to the third star.

Got a Squier, had save file corrupt, working on game progress again. Having fun with Pro Guitar whenever I'm not super frustrated. Playing primarily on Easy/Medium right now.

Managed to get over 1.4 million points off of "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" with folks playing Hard Drums, Medium Guitar and Bass, and Hard Vox.

Number 5 on the 'Humanity's' Last Hope' leaderboard on 360.

Sure it's the 2x Bass Pedal one, and sure the four guys ahead of me are beating me by 16k+, but hey, it's still number 5.

Last night was a blah night on pro keys. Even my 99% performance on "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" didn't best my previous score. So after a while I switched to expert 5-button guitar. There I managed to eek out 4 stars on Darius Rucker's "Alright," and kicked a couple of other 4-star performances up to 5.

That's my victory for the week until something better happens.
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

Managed to 85% the solo in GGaHT or whatever that goal is. Best I've ever done on it!

Three stars? You mean you didn't lunge to unplug your console before that icky awful less than FC got recorded and uploaded so everybody (by which I mean nobody) would laugh at you and think you're not perfect? Wow. Growth.

SRFC for "Get it On" on bass. I'd tried guitar numerous times and hated it, but someone picked it online while I was on bass. Fun part, and the SRFC I think is modestly impressive, as it's a 3-dot part. Beats my previous best SRFC of "Time We Had"

"Icky awful less than 5 stars". Get it right.

And doing so would have gypped me out of the Expert Impossible Pro Guitar goal, since I haven't even touched Llama, Dead End Friends, or Roundabout on Expert Pro Guitar beforehand, and my Crosstown Traffic score was only 2* on Expert before these runs.

While my feed is showing crappy scores, I might as well tough out the rest of Hard Pro Keys, and some of Expert Pro Keys, to squeeze out more goals. For these, I will ragequit only at 2 stars, because a 2-star is a completely worthless performance. Even an ugly 3-star will count towards goals.

And so I 3-starred Roundabout on Hard Pro Keys, to get Hard Impossible Pro Keys.

Still sucking it up, I took more 3 and 4 stars, to increase my Pro Guitar career. Thanks to some of those otherwise sucky performances, I have cracked 20 million points.

A 4-star of Misery Business (got rid of an ugly 3-star) also broke into the top percent of the leaderboard for that song. If anything, being in the top percent is more meaningful than 5 stars.

Bought the Depeche Mode songs. Glanced at the charts and figured they wouldn't be too hard for Pro Keys. Sightread 4 stars on Never Let Me Down Again and 3 on Policy of Truth, on Expert. Didn't try Personal Jesus as that was tier 4, more than I could handle

Okay, forget my last message. This is my victory for the week, and possibly for the whole month!

I had to get up earlier than usual this morning, and I found myself with time to squeeze off a couple of songs. The result: Gold stars on pro keys for "Hold On Loosely"! Finally!

Now if I can just get "Love Is a Battlefield" I'll have a solid gold tier 1.
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.
