Got my pedal and kick-trigger up and running. It is awesome! Immediately proceeded to Gold Star a few songs that had been tormenting me...
I 5-starred On the Backs of Angels on Expert Keys. Wow. Did not see that coming, especially not on a Sightread. I know it's Pro Keys that's the real killer, but still...
While On the Backs of Angels has some of the toughest Keys parts on game, I'm still just 4-starring Paradise on the Dashboard Light, Antibodies, I Want It All, and (predictably) Roundabout, which are more consistently difficult.

Rocksmith is drastically improving my guitar skills. Because of this, I'm also playing much better on pro guitar.
Insert signature here.
After three years since I bought it I finally GS'd March of the Pigs on guitar.
FC'ed the first solo in Green Grass & High Tides (I'll take it; I don't see myself ever getting the second one D: ) and FC'ed the big solo in My Sharona (I didn't realize there were so many notes in it; solo bonus was nearly 40k)
150 characters is way too limiting for a signature, HMX.
5,000,000 Pro Keys Goal.
Now I can complete the RB3 version of Sir Thomas with the Francois Bourgeois I got as the reward. I couldn't tell his pants or shoes from the new Rush songs trailer, but I assumed they were the Working Man Pants and some leather shoes. Glad to have him back.

Funny how the old session musicians are a lot better than the new ones.
As for me, I started downloading more VST synths to trigger with the Pro instruments, and with a little fooling around made good sounding brass and string patches in Impulse. I found myself playing what sounded like "I Want To Break Free"'s intro while testing out the string patch, so I loaded up a chart video, and played along, complete with patch switching, octave changing, and proper pitch bending during what little of the solo I could play.
Still don't have the sound or the chord changes right for the part after the intro.
Keyboard practice is so much easier when I'm making the sound myself instead of just playing along.
We've ended on a sour note:
Still...thank you for the music
Getting a #2 on the PS3 rankings (During a sightread run, amazingly enough) on "Epic Symphony in A-flat minor, Third Movement: Zero Hour" on keytar.
