Confirmed Rock Band Bar Nights

I'm currently in negotiations with a soon to open club/bar in the SEATTLE area (SODO) to host a weekly or monthly Rock Band night.

The club has 8000 sq ft, and when its done has plans to be a rock club anyway. The plan is to have a sectioned off bar area for the 21+ and another common area for all ages or at very least 18+.

Should start around 9 or 9:30. They have all the goodies but if you prefer your drums, guitar or mike, bring it with you. Just found out it started and this will be my first visit on 3/27. Of course the more people that show the more likely it will continue

There's a spot in Newport Beach called The Alley and they have a Rock Band night on Mondays starting @ 10pm. There was a decent crown there on 3/24, but no one was playing. Just lounging and drinking. Hopefully, it was a dead night because of Spring Break.

Dexter's in Riverdale, NJ has a Kareoke/Rock Band night every Wednesday at 9:00 PM.

I told a friend who owns a bar here in Asheville about this. He said he had thought about it, but was concerned about some sort of infringement laws. Any thoughts?
