Great interview! This is definitely a sign of more Dream Theater DLCs. Scenes From a Memory for DLC would be amazing.

Most DT-albums are impossible to get as DLC, because they all contain instrumental songs. (On SFAM: Overture 1928 and The Dance of Eternity). Of course, they could release the albums as DLC without these songs.

I would be insanely happy if they would release The Spirit Carries On as DLC.

Except that Moving Pictures sets a precedent for full-album DLC with instrumentals already, so that shouldn't really be an issue.

There are no vocals for YYZ~ you don't even have the option to have someone choose vocals supposedly~

As I said before~ I would take Images and Words for DLC~ Metropolis Pt. 1 and Under a Glass Moon on Rock Band please~

Images and Words and Scenes From a Memory for DLC!

They could drop Wait for Sleep entirely, or make it a vocal-only song to make up for YYZ or something. The rest of the album would make up for it anyway. Awesome for every instrument.

And they could attach Regression to Overture 1928 and Through My Words to Fatal Tragedy to make it fair to all four instruments. The Dance of Eternity would be best left as a kickass instrumental. And it doesn't really "connect" with any other song like the other two instances I mentioned.

I would love to see Images and Words as DLC. Now I'm a Dream Theater fan whatsoever, but I can definitely see how fun this album would be to play especially on vocals and drums. I have to buy this album eventually. Pull Me Under, Another Day, and Metropolis are must have.

Personally, I'd love a 'Scenes' DLC. But lately I've been leaning towards Train of Thought. There are some great songs on that album. Too bad most songs are a bit too long (for Rock Band that is). Would've loved to play In the Name of God on Rock Band. The guitar solo around the 9-10 minute mark is insanse.

Also.. ultimate DT guitar solo is the Budokan live version of Hollow Years. It's so majestic and beautiful. I get chills every time.

    edit:

There's a lot of custom Dream Theater stuff on youtube.
Here's "In the name of God" (Part 2 is the one with the solo)
