I say this because Harmonix must license tracks from Rock Band 1 as DLC. So In Bloom as DLC could launch with nevermind.

Yes, they are trying to re-license songs from the rock band 1 disc for rock band dlc.

therefore they are trying to re-license in bloom.

When the heck did that happen? This is the first I've heard of them licensing RB1 songs as DLC. Got a link somewhere?

Oh. Yeah. I knew all about that. They aren't relicensing the songs as DLC though. They are relicensing them to be transferred from the disc since that wasn't part of the original agreement. None of the RB1 songs will be DLC, but they will sorta be treated like DLC in RB2. I just hadn't heard anyone word it like that before now.

I have a feeling if they're going through the trouble of relicensing songs, they will appear as DLC for people who never owned RB1
