It's not GNR, despite the name. It's completely different musicians, so it's understandable why it would have a different sound. I actually applaud Axl's decision to not attempt to copy old GNR.

I really like the industrial sound, personally. I realize a lot wont, though.

EDIT: Yes, I am now aware that the charts are for Everlong. I just watched the video once before posting and was not paying attention to the charts at all, only the music.

Okay, I'm sorry, I'm not a complainer, but I don't like it too much. We've been waiting, what, 9 years for this? Not impressed, not terrible but definitely not worth the hype. It's just probably my age, but my favorite GnR was around "Use Your Illusion".
