Nice: David Bowie (I can't say I personnally know him but in interviews he seems to be very open and nice)
Not nice: Paul McCartney (While in the Wings, he was an ******* with the other musicians)(And he said people eating seal were barbarian... what about people eating chicken raised in a box and fed by force?)
Not sane: Iggy Pop (see the video below) and Michael Jackson (no need for explanation)

It was like a bird of rarest-spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship, gravity all nonsense now.
Oh yeah, the broads from Kittie. I don't dig their music, but I'm in love with Mercedez. Oh my goodness that woman is fine. THE PICTURES DON'T DO HER JUSTICE!!!!! And she's really down to earth sweetheart.
I talked to her regarding Dimebag and she told me this one occasion they would see who can pound more tequila shots. When she noticed he wasn't keeping track...and drunk, she would hand him triple shots instead of the double.
"This isn't mine!!!"
"Yeah it is, it's been sitting there for a while"
"Oh, well I can't let it go to waste now can I?!"
Then proceed to pound.
I would've loved to meet him.

"My name is Giovanni Giorgio but everybody calls me...Giorgio.
I neglected to mention Dee Snider , lead singer of Twisted Sister which is a huge oversight on my part. SUPER NICE!
During my college days I was the music director of our college radio station and had an assignment to interview someone in the music biz. My choice of whoever I wanted. Around that same time Dee had a new band, as Twisted Sister was long broken up, called Widowmaker and their first album had recently come out.
I decided I'd call up the record company and see if I could get someone from the band as I loved the album and still loved Dee. he was a bit of a hero to me in high school. Never in a million years was I expecting to get to Dee himself. I spoke with a very nice lady in the A&R dept named Ally. I explained who I was and what I was looking for, an interview with someone from Widowmaker. I suggested perhaps the guitarist Al Pitrelli. She asked if there was a reason I wasn't asking for Dee. I simply said that I figured there was no way in Hell someone of Dee's stature would talk to some dumb kid in college up in Canada. She laughed and we talked for awhile, about Dee, Twisted and of course Widowmaker. She took my info and said she'd get back to me. She called me back the next morning and said Dee was more than happy to talk to me and was thrilled that a fan was calling in and asking about Widowmaker and getting it some radio play. I was stunned. I gave her the number to one of our recording studio's so I could tape the interview and play it on air later. We set up a time and date and I was on cloud 9!
Day before the interview Ally calls back and says there's a problem and Dee can't call me at the arranged time and day and asked if it would be ok if I called him at his home in Florida! Well Hell yea i could. So she gives me Dee's home phone number and tells me to give him a call and he's expecting me.
I nervously call the number and Dee f*****g Snider answers it. I introduce myself and we chat for a bit before the interview. he explains that Ally had said i came across as a real fan of the band and him and came across as very knowlegeable and would be a good interview for him. So Dee's just as excited about theinterview as I am. Now I figure I'll get maybe 10 -15 minutes with this guy tops. Well let me tell you that Dee spent a little over an hour on the phone with me that day and spilled his guts on everything and anything. he told me it was the first real interview he had done since Sister split where he really gt into the reasons for the break up and the history of it. I couldn't beleive it.
After the interview Dee wants my info, phone number, address etc as he wants to keep in touch with me. He thought the interview was great and said it was one of the better one's he ever had. I was falttered. he took my info and true to his word kept in touch with me. Anytime he came up to Canada for the next few years I got a call from him or an assistant letting me know that he would be in the area and I was on the guest list for the show. Good times. Dee is one of the most coolest SOB's there ever was. Sadly we kind of lost touch with one another over the years but every once in awhile our paths cross and he still remembers me and always has time for a warm handshake and a chat. Great dude.

How old were you when all of this happened, Axl? This makes me feel unaccomplished, haha.
It's that sort of stuff that makes me want to go off and be a roadie for a year around college or just after.
