    Yay for The End.

Yeah, some of the songs I'd agree with. Nice to see other people who agree that The End is The Doors best song (and not Light My Fire or Break On Through). I'm gunna youtube We're Not Gunna Take It as I aint heard it yet. Allman Brothers automatically get in cos ther like the coolest band ever. Strange choice of Beatles songs (apart from A Day...). Free Bird is obvious. Floyd is good, no Comfortably Numb?

Oh, and replace American Pie with a Bob Dylan classic lol. Bob Dylan >>> Don McClean any day. If you want a better lyric song, choose Desolation Row. If you want impacting songs, choose Blowin' In The Wind, The Times They Are A Changin' or Like A Rolling Stone.

It's awesome that you picked Red Barchetta. Most people put Tom Sawyer or Limelight on their top lists, which aren't nearly as good as Red Barchetta to me. Over the Hills and Far Away is also a great Zeppelin song. The solo is full of soul.

out of curiosity why not stairway by zeppelin and there is only one song I think you should add:

Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana

    or

White Room - Cream (better than sunshine in major opinion)

We're Not Gonna Take It is a pretty good song, but nowhere near what I'd call the greatest song ever. Ah well. Some good choices though.

I'm glad you put OTHAFA by Zeppelin instead of Stairway. Definitely my favorite LZ song. I also like your selection of Close to the Edge at #5: that's almost exactly where I would put it.

Heh. I actually have an 'Absolute Favorites' playlist on my iPod, consisting of my favorite 25 songs. And not one band you mentioned is on there, despite me liking every band up there, lol. But then again, I'm more into more modern music (My oldest 'favorite' song, Knock Me Down [Original Long Version], dates back to 1989).

See you got a few Floyd songs there, I'm a fan of Free Four, from Obscured by Clouds. Composed only by Roger too. Kind of upbeat and catchy for the message too.
This game has inspired me to pick up a guitar. Thank you.
