HMX on the Road Blog - 8/30 (9:30PM in Seattle, WA)

We're up to our necks in gaming here at PAX in Seattle, WA but I wanted to post a quick Rock Blog to let everyone know how things have been going (SPOILER ALERT: things are awesome).

We'll be here at PAX until late tomorrow night, but starting again next week you'll see a much stronger dev presense on the forums again as we all roll back into HMX HQ. In the meantime you can check out the blog below for a direct line to what we're up to.

Good read. You guys don't deserve all of the hate you get from these forums. I can't think of another game company that has ever been as devoted to its fans as you guys. Keep up the good work
And it's awesome to hear that even MORE albums are coming.

I still want a confirmation from HMX that the "bladder of steel" achievement/trophy was really the only new news from PAX so I can stop expecting more DLC :P

(for the record, I've been very very supportive of HMX in these harsh times, but an achievement is hardly big news, it was quite underwhelming.)

The past week has, as you said, been rough on the boards since many of the HMX'ers haven't been here to keep things in line.

To prevent this from happening again, it has been decided that all of you will be locked up in the HMX offices never to leave again. Ever.

They say people don't believe in heroes anymore.

Great post, Henry. I realize there's a lot of negativity recently, but don't let one minor off-week throw you guys for a loop. Keep up the great work, and can't wait for RB2.

great read, glad to hear you still have some tricks up the sleeve for dlc, etc. PLEASE, in the future, to avoid forum insanity, watch your use of words like "big"...and when you've established routines for things such as dlc announcements, try to either give us the heads up early when that schedule will change, etc...again, to avoid the gong show that this past week has been. Keep up the great work guys, and bring on some more stellar dlc (not more locksley or nerdcore!!!)
