    okay my account is banned and i need to know how i can get my account back ive sent them email dating back to the end of july is there someone i can talk to

    I'm only guessing they do bans by IP addresses.. and your IP was probably very similar to someone else's IP that they banned... That is to say, you really didn't do something bad on their forums.

    I don't even know why they have an appeal system, no one checks the appeals. It even says "At the moment, none of the staff have time to handle the appeals, so it may be a long time until you receive a response."
