I'm pretty sure the best solution to your problem would be to buy from somewhere else. If this "site" keeps giving you trouble maybe you should see that as some kinda sign that you shouldn't buy from them.

But what do I know, I have PS3 (not meant to start a console war with this comment, just saying).

Why not order them directly from XBL? I mean, if you can get on one website and order them, you must have access to a credit card, right? That means you can sign into live.xbox.com and just get them straight from MS.

XBL won't take my credit card for some reason and i need someplace where i can order american points and get the by email

What about an online retailer like Target or Amazon? They sell MSP cards.

Is it cheaper to buy online than to buy a card? Because if not, surely you can find somewhere to buy a 1600pt card...
