I've allways thought that it would be cool to hear Rage Against the Machine do a cover of Primus' song 'American Life', a couple others I'd like to hear are;

Modest Mouse covering Tom Wait's 'Starving In The Belly Of A Whale'
Primus covering Johnny Cash's 'Sam hall'
Ok Go covering Weezer's 'Island In The Sun'
Eminem covering Beastie Boy's 'Root Down' or 'Girls'
Outkast covering Parliament's 'Flashlight'
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club covering The Who's 'The Song Is Over'

This was actually inspired by hearing The Vines' great cover of Outkast's 'Ms. Jackson'

So what would you like to hear done someday, no matter how unlikely (The Beatles preforming 'F*** The Police' :P)

what about Johnny Cash versions of "Redemption Song" (with Joe Strummer), "Personal Jesus" or "Hurt"? Maybe they're better than the original one!

hurt was in no way better than the original. but i think manson's cover of personal jesus was actually pretty good.
