Haha! I didn't see that. I guess they had to put a sub-genre of rock. Maybe they think ska isn't neccesarily rock so they said alternative instead just to have it in?

That's a terrible explanation. It's what i thought of when I first began to think about it..

It's nice to have Harmonix officially label me as Obsessive-Compulsive rather than just hearing it from my friends.

They probably didnt want to make the Ska genre in the game with that being the only track in the category.

And you'd think, especially with a member of the band working for Harmonix, that they'd know that they were ska.

Oh, and by the way, your avatar...who is it? Just purely for research purposes, mind you...
It's not that you're awesome, it's usually that I'm pretty horrible.

poor excuse, with no doubt best of on the way. They were considered Ska before Stephani's head blew up to the size of Gene Simmons' tongue weren't they?

Don't research too hard. You may go blind.

It's especially odd considering their one of the biggest bands from Boston.

Oh well, maybe with the addition of No Doubt and perhaps some other Ska bands in DLC they might patch it and make a quick change.
