How do i change the country to something other than U.S.?

In my profile, how do i get it to register a country other than America? 1 country is not a damn choice.

Something to do with laws about stuff'n'things means the site is only for US peoples. Just select US then in your town part write where your actually from, I think thats what most of us have done.... not that I'm one of them or anything *shifty eyes*
