It's a post by the name of 'HMXsean' asking for feedback on the DLC released in the first year of Rock Band.

I don't see even if it was fake how it's harmful, but it's certainly interesting.

If it's real why does he need to post on gamefaqs to know we need some love for:

Green Day
Incubus
The Doors
Tool
rage against the machine
Audioslave
Old Guns n' Roses
Old Motley Crue
Cream/Eric Clapton
Pantera
Pearl Jam
Live
Korn
Journey
The Eagles and many many more!

All of the above seem fairly obvious and severely lacking in the Rock Band platform. My fear is that they are holding off some of those names for Rock Band 3. Just like they intentionally did with Rock Band 2.

Alex R. mentioned in an interview months before Rock Band 1 was released that they had bands like Joan Jett, The Allman Brothers and Kansas ready to go... all of which never made it to RB 1 and only came in for RB 2. I hope the same thing doesn't happen with RB 3.
