It depends on the person, really. Some might calm down listening to something as angry as them. Something fast, heavy, and possibly brutal

Others calm down listening to something that relates to what they are angry about... I remember being scolded for not being "respectful to the lord" (not standing up during a prayer), and Heresy by NIN made me feel better.

Some calm down by listening to something soft and calm. Jazz, country (not my cup of tea), or ballads come to mind.

And finally, humorous songs seem to work for some.

I don't get pissed off enough to know what music to be pissed off to. Some good old fashioned grindcore would probably do the trick, though. Some Repulsion or Terrorizer would do nicely.
