Why songs like Visions and other death metal/grindcore suck

The easiest way to do this is to explain what I believe. I believe there is a god, but I don't know or care what it is and I don't think it matters, nor do I think anyone CAN know.

Basically what I said, but you didn't take the atheist perspective into account. If you do, then it does indeed matter, just ask John-Paul Sartre (hard to do since he's dead...). But since you do believe there is a god(s) then certainly it doesn't matter, as long as you live a life that is universally "ethical".

I think this thread goes to show, that not all religious discussions are negative, we went from heating debate, to a relatively calm and intelligent discussion.

you actually take time to question religion, rather than just deny it flatout, and you do not force your religious (or lack-there of) preference into others throats

Talking about religion to stonewall Atheists or Hardcore Religious people, is no fun what so ever, because, they do not even listen to what you say, they just repeat the same things over and over.

Well, if you don't believe in an afterlife like Sartre, then your time on Earth is all you've got, so make the best of it. But you do believe in an afterlife, so you know nothing of angst. But I'll stop the existentialism, however awesome it is.

I never said you were "angsty", I said you'd probably never felt angst. Believing in an afterlife kinda makes that hard. It's an atheist thing, and part of Sartre's work in existentialism. None of that wussy Kierkegaard crap.
