You try to do death vocals for 10 minutes, let alone the 2 hours most concerts last, and tell me that it takes no skill. I have lost my voice multiple times while trying to teach myself death vocals. It is NOT easy to do, especially when you mix the growls and deeper grunts with the screams and higher grunts.

I did actually kind of like George Carlin, as well as a few other older acts.

This is true, regardless of the rest of this thread's content or what is being said about death metal in the video.
Own and beat all DLC (and on-disc songs - RB1 & 2) on Expert guitar, drums, and vocals. (except five songs on drums)

    Then you'd like Lewis Black.
This game has inspired me to pick up a guitar. Thank you.

    I didn't know he did stand-up.

Back when I was living in a household with cable I'd occasionally catch his little bit on The Daily Show, and he was usually pretty amusing. I'm not sure how that sort of thing would work with a much larger segment, however.

Alright, I'm not going to watch the video, or read the posts, but the title displays musical ignorance, and if there is one thing i cannot stand, it would be musical ignorance. All music, is considered art, in some form or another. Since the nature of art, is based how it is, every piece of art, it to be judged only by opinion, and opinion only, not facts. Therefore, no song, album or artist can 'suck,' because in the basis of opinion, nothing is true, nothing is false, it is all self-perception. Coming from this logic, as well, no piece of music can be considered 'good,' 'great' or perfect. You may think the particular piece of music is perfect, however, as in your mind it may be, but to anothert's it is not.
I DEMAND that an update be released for rockband, that contains Zebra pants that are NOT skin tight.

Woah there; while I agree that there is a lot of under appreciated death metal out there (more of a power/thrash man myself, though) and is unfairly ragged on, that doesn't disqualify a band like STP from being music. There music is actually pretty complex because of the chords they use, I haven't heard the chords they use outside of their music often.

Music doesn't have to be complicated to be considered music.
Endless Setlist 2 conquered on expert drums; only sub-5 stars were Teenage Riot (4) and Visions (3).
Not changing my sig till we get more MUSE DLC.
