    What makes the guitar so bad for lefties? I didn't have any game-breaking experiences when I was using it.

    I think it's a real crime for them to not cover shipping for any returns. That's pretty ridiculous.

    Yeah, it's what I read in a couple threads over there. You have to pay to ship the item back, then it's 2-3 weeks for simply processing your request. I haven't read anything about an express system like EA has where you can get a peripheral right away and just send the broken one back in the new box.

    Poor idea, methinks.

    Yeah and their 30 day warranty is BS.

    Let's say you purchased an instrument on Sept 1, that warranty only covers said instrument until Oct 1, whether you've replaced it or not, if you've replaced it, it still is only covered until Oct 1.

    agreed, i feel sorry for people who preordered this 6 months ahead of time and got faced with all of these problems and this POS rma system.

    that's what happens if you overinflate an already excessively-hyped game.

    hopefully this will teach activision that not everything they touch turns to gold.

    RB's original warranty used to be 90 days if I remember correctly. The current RB2 warranty is pretty horrible also, something like 5 days after you receive a new instrument.

    30 days is completely ridiculous. Once again, Best Buy's warranty pays for itself.
