    What makes the guitar so bad for lefties? I didn't have any game-breaking experiences when I was using it.

    I think it's a real crime for them to not cover shipping for any returns. That's pretty ridiculous.

    Yeah, it's what I read in a couple threads over there. You have to pay to ship the item back, then it's 2-3 weeks for simply processing your request. I haven't read anything about an express system like EA has where you can get a peripheral right away and just send the broken one back in the new box.

    With three weeks of processing, plus shipping to and from, you're looking at close to five weeks to get your new instrument/peripheral. Ouch!
