But in all honesty, I do dislike when a band is criticized for not being good live. At least they can create good music in the studio.

Then Paris Hilton must be a great singer because she sounds so good on the album, right? Forget all the auto-tune and studio effects.

I think bands should be at least somewhat capable of reproducing their sounds live, especially if they're going to tour a lot like they did in Ozzfest. That, of course, has no bearing on how much you enjoy the studio recording, but it has a lot of weight on the credibility of the artist.
