    ***** plz, fixed.

Just saw Scott Pilgrim. It kicked ass. But what kicked more ass? Driving home and listening to "Diamond Bullocks" at full volume.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

My school is renowned for Mock Trial(as in we are in the top 5th or 10th percentile and consistently have people making it to nationals), but most of the people I know in mock trial tend to be total douches who are full of themselves. Not implying anything of course.

No way, my school too! A team from my school actually won nationals a year or two after I graduated. I never got to nationals, but state was always fun.

The people on mock trial here were just the overachievers, or the smart kids, or whatever. Not that many douches, but I guess there were a couple.

Seriously though, my Model UN club went to a conference in Manhattan every year that had people from all over the country and world coming to it. Some seriously fun ****. And getting to do stuff in the UN building itself was really cool. Until security became too much of a hassle and the organizers decided we'd be better off just meeting in the hotel conference rooms this year.

Of course even though I graduated I will still pop in to see my friends from that club and I need to show them one of BioWare cosplays

    Track was fun too.
One of my favorites in high school was Youth In Government (a mock state legislature). My junior year I was the reading clerk for the House and my senior year I was a taxpayer lobbyist (which was really my first foray into libertarian politics; I got to thoroughly annoy some of the kids from the Detroit suburbs and enjoyed every minute of it).
