hey schiz, i just got RB3 last week with my new xbox, game is pretty slick so far.

RQ: why are meshuggah so bad, and why do so many ill-informed boobs like them so much? I just don't get the draw for that band. I also don't know enough about them, or even that nu-meta-ish vain to even argue about them.

Meshuggah = nu metal? :s I like them because of the weird polyrhythms they use, the intensity and relentlessness of some of the songs, and some of their riffs are pretty sweet. Overrated as hell though, I'll admit. I've heard way too many people go around saying that they're SO METAL because they like the song Bleed by Meshuggah >.> Good song though.

I haven't heard them in ages, but I always disliked Meshuggah as well. I actually saw 'em live about 10 years ago (with Isis and DEP opening) and left after a few songs.

RO: I'm a moron. After I put out my "10 best", I started looking at others, and saw that a ton of people had rated Tame Impala's album very high. I had thought about listening to it, but thought they were trans am and ignored them until a week ago. Then I heard one of their tracks on the radio this morning and said "Oh yeah!". So I go to buy it and....

I already bought it, in July. Apparently I picked it up and never listened to it.

I heard a lot about them, but then I listened to an album and got bored of my skull when all the songs sounded the same.
