The only performance at the Grammies I have liked so far is the Mumford and Sons/Avett Brothers/Dylan show, and even then Dylan has lost it for the most part and his voice is crap.

Bob Dylan's voice has always been crap.

lo, it sounded different than his usual crappy voice. It was more hoarse and grunty rather than his usual voice.

Kinda digged the Cee Lo Green performance, but Paltrow killed it. Katy Perry was also decent.

Well the Black Keys won something so that is pretty cool. I have varying degrees of dislike and/or apathy about literally everything else that won,though.

Nah, the guy could sing if he wanted to.

I saw him about a year ago, he definitely has a smokers voice, but I enjoyed the show. Of course, he played "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right" and I didn't even recognize it... it's easily one of my favorites by him.
