Learning about '60s youth movements in WHAP, our teacher dressed up like a hippie and answered questions about himself when he was living in that scene and such, and apparently he lived in a commune and raised a ****load of kids in it, never knowing which were his or not. Then he talked about how all he did was smoke weed and never did any youth activist marches or protests or anything. Then he called us all apathetic dip****s with no culture. I have a more thorough understanding of Uncle Frank's views now. :P

That's pretty funny. It kinda sounds like Zappa met your teacher and got really pissed off with him. :B

I just don't understand how a member of a generation who sat back and smoked and ****ed all the time can in the next breath say we don't know **** about **** when it comes to actually fixing the world. I've always had that issue, but it drives it home even better when the person is proud of being an apathetic douchebag.

I find it necessary to point out that I'm all for smoking and ****ing, but to be proud of the fact that that is quite literally the only thing you did during a time period that you hype as a time of great action on your generation's part irks me. At least own up to not giving a **** like the Gen. Xers.
