Yeah... I agree with him on some things, but then he just goes off onto all sorts of tangents...

this was pretty cool, from the show i was at last year

i also now have two concerts lined up with tickets for this year, Robin Trower in May, and Jonny Lang in September, and Millennium Park announced their schedule for this year, big letdown after last year, though i'll probably still hit a few shows since they're free

Cool... so far I don't have any concerts planned past seeing Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. on Thursday, but that's liable to change at any moment (one of my friends is trying to drag me into seeing Hawthorne Heights, as much as I'd rather not...)

2.) I actually got that interview with Hunx and his Punx. It will be a phone interview recorded in advance on wednesday. This is making me rather nervous, since I have never conducted an interview, but this is still really fantastic. If anyone has suggestions or tips for interviewing, they would be greatly appreciated

3.) Pauline Oliveros, who teaches at my school, will be joining a few of my friends and me for a live recording of 4'33" for (((O))), and maybe a few other things, which will probably air in early may. Very exciting.
A lot of awesome right there, can't wait until you get that blog up and running.

I got a good laugh out of "low-fi" among other things.

It's a happy day when you can turn your 12 year old brother into a Joy Division fan because Love Will Tear Us Apart is so awesome to sing in Rock Band. Had him listen to about half of Unknown Pleasures, plus some songs on Substance, and he held to every note.

I know, it's really great. I forget that it's fixed on occasion, though, and starting typing out the code to bold or italicize.
