No, no, I'm shy as **** when it comes to stuff like that, so I'm just like you.

Then again, being just like me on that does make you one of a very small number of people, so yeah, I guess you're right. Sorry =/

Lolz, I feel you. I am usually not a prom person, but one of my friends really wants to go, and I was considering asking her before I heard, so I decided to ask her. Plan on doing it tomorrow and I am nervous as ****, and it doesn't help that APUSH is also Friday.

One of my friends is really fond of that really close quarters type of dancing... has a really stupid name I can't remember at the moment. It's the kind you see in movies, in a nightclub to flashing lights, where everyone rubs their ass against each other to really bad and shallow dance music.

Me, I couldn't do a walz without wanting to punch someone.

Ah, yeah, prom. I didn't want to go for the longest time, finally got convinced to go after the girl I really wanted to ask out said she thought it would be "a lot more fun" with me going, I didn't get the hint, didn't ask her to go, got asked by another girl, said yes, and kinda regret that now. /melodrama

In any case, have fun, make sure you ask the girl you want to go with, and ask her after the AP test

You mean grinding? I hate when people grind SO MUCH.

I'd kinda like to learn how to do some other kinds of dance, though. Swing sounds particularly interesting.

My friends and I always jokingly talk about grinding and sometimes do it for like 5 seconds in a really obnoxious way for the lulz.
Hell, I'm pretty obnoxious at dances period....

Umm yeah, not asking her after APUSH because it violates the two week rule. Gotta do it tomorrow...

I went to a few middle school dances, but gave up on that before high school.
When I was a sophomore in high school my band played the middle school dance, but we were asked to leave afterward so I couldn't grind with my 8th grade girlfriend.

I'm probably weird because I hate dancing, dislike most top 40, and find most people from my generation to be annoying sods, but at a big dance event, I have a lot of fun jumping around to Katy Perry and Ke$ha with people who actually like their ****. The price most of those things cost are a pain, though.

    It's the excitement of it.
    I'm the exact same way.
