    Me too. Awesome band, but it just seems like it would really complicate things if the band stays together.

    Well, The White Stripes ran for a pretty long time as a divorced couple, so anything's possible...

    That's true, but it's not like every broken up couple will reach an understanding and stay on friendly terms. But who knows, the band could still be fine, and I really hope they stay together still.

    At the very least, I'm glad I saw Sonic Youth for free two years ago. I'd still love to see them again, though.

    Don't really know Sonic Youth but anytime a band breaks up it not good. Makes you realize how rare it is to find a band that can stay together through the years and still make good music.
